Maureen Flannigan (born December 30, 1972) [1] is an American documentary filmmaker and former child actress. She is perhaps best known for her role as teenager Evie Ethel Garland on the fantasy sitcom Out of This World, which ran from 1987 to 1991.
Evie Ethel Garland is the daughter of Troy and Donna Garland. However, Troy is an alien from the planet Antereus. As a benefit of her half-alien parentage, Evie develops three powers as the series progresses.
