Vibe (real name Paco Ramone or Francisco " Cisco " Ramon) is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. He has the metahuman ability to emit powerful vibratory shock waves. Introduced in 1984, he joined the new Justice League formed in Detroit and became the first member to be killed in action.

The facility was maintained by Commander Steel's longtime colleague, Dale Gunn.
