The Human Target is Christopher Chance, a highly trained bodyguard who protects his clients by impersonating them. Using his abilities as a master of disguise, he can take the personality and appearance of anyone. Once the threat has been exposed, his special skills are more than equipped to handle any danger. Human Target was created by Len Wein and Carmine Infantino, first appearing in Action Comics #419. (1972)

Christopher "Chris" Chance, nicknamed the Human Target, is an individual with a special set of skills and master of disguise. He worked with Solntsevskaya Bratva and later with Star City Mayor's Office on missions, both of which centered around protecting Oliver Queen.
