Jennifer “Jenny” Miller is the female lead character of the show. She manages the building support team located on the Ground Floor.
Psychological
Jenny is a very nonchalant character. In diametrical opposition to Brody she values fun over her work, while still taking her position as manager seriously. She can be spontaneously creative, like when she made up the catchphrase “You can't spell Remington Trust without trust.”.
Physical
Jenny has flowing blonde hair going down to her shoulders. She has light blue eyes and curved eyebrows. She wears makeup, especially light pink lip stick. Her wardrobe is casual, usually consisting of t-shirts, denim jackets and jeans or yoga-pants. She does have a formal wardrobe for certain work days and company parties as well, consisting of short and knee-long skirts and blouses.
She is the partner of Brody. She was initially against a commitment to their relationship and wanted to continue having casual sex. After a discussion with Brody about why she did not want to be in a relationship, she agreed after all.
Ground Floor follows Brody (Skylar Astin), a young and successful banker at Remington Trust, who after a one-night stand with Jenny (Briga Heelan) discovers that she works in maintenance for his building.
