Nemesis is the leader of the Outriders and the main antagonist of Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs.

Nemesis is the one who creates the Vapor Trail, allowing the Outriders to cross to the human dimension. He then allies with the Calvary Command's traitorous cadet Jesse Blue, and sends his forces to fight against the Star Sheriffs. In "Stampede", he and Saber Rider engage in a laser sword fight, but before the latter can win, Nemesis empties the oxygen in the room to render him unconscious and escapes.

Eventually, Nemesis tricks the Calvary Command into signing a peace treaty with the Outriders, only to attack the Command's bases. However, the Command banishes all Outriders back to the Vapor Zone, and Nemesis attempts to smash the Outriders' artificial homeworld into Earth to get revenge. The Star Sheriffs invade it and learn that he has transferred his brain into its computer, the Nth Degree, after being mortally wounded by Fireball's father years ago. He and Jesse and the rest of the Outriders are banished back to the Vapor Zone, although Commander Eagle implies that they will return someday.
