Fact #1: Old Nan came to Winterfell to be a wetnurse for "Her Bran". This means she was most likely at least 16 years old when she first arrived in Winterfell, because a younger woman would be unlikely to be able to be lactating. Fact #2: Her Bran died at 3 years old.
