He is a SpongeBob SquarePants crew member, who had worked as a writer and storyboard director on season 3 and returned as an animation writer from the second half of season 9 onward. He also wrote episodes for Kamp Koral: SpongeBob's Under Years and is on the writing staff for The Patrick Star Show.
Kaz joined SpongeBob SquarePants as a storyboard director and writer in 2001 during the production of the series' third season and was paired with C. H. Greenblatt. The series went on hiatus after production began on The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie.

Kaz (born Kazimieras Gediminas Prapuolenis, July 31, 1959) is an American cartoonist, animator, writer, storyboard artist, and illustrator.
Kaz was a writer for Spongebob from January to September of 2001, and worked on such hits as Nasty Patty, One Krab's Trash, Wet Painters, and a few episodes that haven't aired yet (including Chocolate with Nuts, Super Friends, Mid-life Crustacean, Safety Freaks, and Pranks A Lot).
One fan of Kaz’ “Underworld” was Stephen Hillenburg, the creator of “SpongeBob SquarePants”, who hired Kaz to write for the hit Nickelodeon cartoon show setting Kaz off on another cartooning career.
