Ivan Raidenovitch Raikov (Russian: Иван Райденович Райков) was a GRU major, second in command to Colonel Volgin at Groznyj Grad, Tselinoyarsk. Raikov was born sometime during the mid 1930s to early 1940s.
Ivan is the Russian equivalent of John, which "Jack" is a nickname for.
