Fine Dining Restaurant in Shreveport - Bossier City. CHEF ERNEST. The restaurant business is something Palmisano has known most of his life. His father, Ernest Palmisano Sr., who owned Ernest's Supper Club on the riverfront, had been in the business since the 1940s until his death in 1983.
