He attended the Royal Holloway University of Londonwith a bachelor's degree in criminology and sociology. He then went on to attend the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) until his graduation in 2013.

Amir El-Masry. Although a born and bred Londoner, British-Egyptian actor Amir El-Masry made his film debut in Egyptian cinema, following advice given to him by screen legend Omar Sharif. Since the films release in 2008, El-Masry began starring in international productions, most notably portraying Mohamed Al-Fayed, a UK-based businessman in The Crown.
