Brewster, VNS Health is one of the largest not-for-profit home- and community-based health care organizations in the United States, serving the five boroughs of New York City; Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester Counties; and parts of upstate New York.
As Executive Vice President and Chief of Provider Services, David Rosales leads the VNS Health Home Care, Hospice Care, Personal Care, and Behavioral Health teams, and oversees population health and business development. David first joined VNS Health in 2006 as part of the organization’s Performance and Innovation team.
