At the end of the manga Tokyo Ghoul: Re, Kaneki Ken finally accepts his identity as Haise Sasaki and leads the CCG organization in the fight against the threat of the Ghouls. He faces the leader of the organization Aogiri, Furuta Nimura, in a final battle and manages to defeat him.
