Wiedemann & Berg Film is a German film production company founded by Quirin Berg and Max Wiedemann in 2003. The company's first movie The Lives of Others [1] won the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film in 2007. [2]
Quirin Berg ist ein deutscher Filmproduzent und einer der Geschäftsführer der Wiedemann & Berg Film und W&B Television. Er wurde u. a. mit dem Grimme-Preis, dem Bayerischen Filmpreis, dem Bayerischen Fernsehpreis und dem österreichischen Film- und Fernsehpreis Romy ausgezeichnet.
In 2003 he founded Wiedemann & Berg Film together with Max Wiedemann, followed by W&B Television in 2010. As its Managing Director, shareholder and executive producer he has since been responsible for more than 150 cinema and television productions.
