Meet the Team. Dr David Owen Goldberg MB ChB DRCOG. Dr Goldberg qualified in 1986 at the University of Liverpool and built up the practice as a single-handed GP for many years before taking on Dr Halstead in 2014.
We are a friendly NHS General Practice surgery, Concept House Surgery is located in Bootle and Sefton Road is the branch surgery which is located in Litherland. The surgery covers L20, L21, L22, L30 north of Marsh Lane and Aintree Lane, and some parts of Walton, Kirkdale, Orrell Park and Aintree.
