- Piazza di Spagna. Also in central Rome, the area around the Spanish Steps and Piazza di Spagna is the place to stay if you are looking for a luxury hotel or apartment, fine dining restaurants and one of the best designer shopping streets in the world – Via Condotti – on your doorstep.
