May 11, 2021 · I like how Rouse isn’t afraid to take risks with Cincinnati’s classic dishes. He has his own unique take on Cincinnati chili, which he serves with white (!) cheddar instead of the traditional bright yellow, four types of beans, and Goldfish crackers.
