Dec 19, 2023 · The Last Alaskans: Both Ashley Selden and Tyler Selden were the regular cast members of the reality TV series, The Last Alaskans. The series began airing on the Discovery network on May 25, 2015, as it documented the daily life of several families living in the isolated and frozen lands of Alaska relying on traditional hunting and fishing techniques to survive in a harsh and isolated environment.
For 6-8 months a year we live a life on the edge of the past, closely connected to the river and the woods. Asking for the land to aide us in survival and a livelihood if it is so generous. The other part of the year, the short Alaskan summer, we live outside of Fairbanks and do our best to prepare for another winter in the unforgiving Arctic, alone, as a family, in the woods.

Apr 12, 2023 · The struggle with school was usually keeping 3-year-old Blaze busy with something at the same time so Sidney could concentrate. By the end of the winter Blaze was getting really good at coloring in the lines and cutting shapes out of paper with his scissors. Sidney would work with him on his colors and Abc’s.
