Bronn visits Tyrion, who is recovering from his wounds. He finds that much has changed in King's Landing under his father’s rule. He also realizes that his father has seen to it that Tyrion received little of the credit for saving the city.
Outside the Red Keep, Bronn's carousing is soured by the Hound; their tension is interrupted by bells, indicating Stannis's fleet has been spotted. Varys brings Tyrion a map of the tunnels beneath King's Landing. King Joffrey leads his forces from the Red Keep and orders Sansa to kiss his sword, vowing to use it to kill Stannis.
Bronn basically goes out of the story when Tyrion goes to Essos after Book 3 (ASOS). Cersei is told that Bronn named Lolly's bastard son "Tyrion" in book 4 (Lollys was one of the girls that was pulled from her horse during the mob that attacked Joffrey's procession in season 2 or 3).
