   How good is TourRadar customer service?

   • Tourradar's customer service is the best. I like the fact that they still provide phone support so I can talk to someone right away instead having to submit questions through emails. I called their customer support couple of times and each time the representative was very helpful. They are all knowledgeable and friendly.

The in country tour manager Tatjana was excellent. The pick up and drop off timely and comfortable and the use of the lounge in Gatwick was a real plus.
