  3. The fall semester bill is available in August and will be due approximately 5–6 weeks later; the spring semester bill is available in mid-December and is due approximately 5–6 weeks later.   5. The Bill Estimator tool is intended to assist with your financial planning for the year, and it does not reflect the final Columbia bill, which may also include other charges (e.g. course fees, Flex charges, a prior year balance, etc.).

  8. An eCheck payment will appear immediately as a pending credit, along with the new balance amount, on the QuikPAY and Student Services Online (SSOL) websites. eCheck payments must be received by 10:00 p.m. EST to post to the student's account by the following business day.
