It isn't quite clear why this song was left off the Help! album, except that it's much more folksy and fits in better with Rubber Soul anyway.

It was resurrected for inclusion on Rubber Soul when a song was needed to finish the album, with overdubs including vocals, maracas, tambourine, and guitar added to bring the overall sound more in line with other songs recorded for Rubber Soul.
