A proper western English release, including all dubs/subtitles/extras, is hardly too much to ask for 6 years after a DVD release in 2017. Simply a complete package. It should have happened by now and anything else is just ignorance or excuse. I may be biased, but I doubt this is an underground title that would go unnoticed.
