I still remember my very first introduction to EU3. My friend was explaining how to use infantry, cavalry, and artillery. That was what got me into the game, and now Paradox has about $1000 from me.
My FIRST paradox game was eu4, but I owned it for years and could never understand it. My second was CK2, same thing. My 3rd was CK3, which I finally got the hang of which then unlocked my ability to play all the other games.
My first Paradox game was EU3 - Napoleon's Ambition (with the horrendous AI). First proper game of that was playing as Denmark, and I kept being pulled into wars against Sweden, as Norway kept declaring war against them (or the other way around).
