   Sep 3, 2019 · Went back again must have been over 15 times now and the quality was at its usual high standard, this time enjoyed afternoon tea with the family everyone enjoyed it and never felt rushed. After we spent an hour looking around the garden centre and the food court and picked a few bits up.

   Mar 16, 2013 · Delicious afternoon tea! I went for a belated Mothers' Day afternoon tea with my 5 year old daughter as had heard it would be very busy that day. We arrived just after 3 on a Saturday and had to wait for about 20 mins to be seated.

   • It isn’t possible to book at the resturant – it’s best to queue for a table once you arrive, and you will be given a buzzer to tell you when your table is ready so you can go for a wander around while you wait! The restaurant at Beckworth Emporium is open daily from 8.30am – 5pm, with last food orders at 4.30pm.

   How much did you pay for tea at the garden centre?

   • This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. We paid £12.50 for two individual small pots of tea and two scones without butter, jam or cream.- an absolute rip off! The garden centre is small in terms of plants and was further reduced in preparation for Christmas shooting (in August)!
