- The Elephant Restaurant. 3&4 Beacon Hill, Torquay. Faultless!!! Try his is hands down my favourite restaurant in the Southwest. With a dining room which whilst being stunning is unpretentious, staff who are professional yet really friendly, interested, keen and engaging.

We were down in Torquay to celebrate our anniversary, and the Small World Tapas restaurant was booked as a surprise by the other half, and so glad it was, what a fantastic restaurant, great atmosphere, lovely wine list and fantastic food, you can tell they take pride in their business, and go out of their way to ensure their guests enjoy the experience, it was sooo good we actually went back the following night to have the other things on the menu we didnt have room to eat on our first visit.
