   What's the best meat to eat at a Gator slider?

   • Out of all the meats at CRAZEE BURGER, camel is my favorite for its good flavor at the Gator Slider. The gator slider had a bit of sweetness and the gator meat was crumbly. Buffalo was beefy and gamey, and the horseradish complemented it well. Elk was dry and firm, feeling very lean. Camel had some fat, but it added to the flavor.

Burger choices went far beyond beef to include lamb, pork, alligator, ostrich, venison, camel, elk and even kangaroo.
