    Located on more than 300 acres, the 50-year-old Andy's Trout Farmis the perfect place to spend the day fishing and exploring. The farm has everything you need, including rentals and bait, as well as overnight accommodations, including cabins and campsites.

    Clayton is in the mountains where the original moonshiners operated, but Moonrise Distilleryis the area's legal distillery. Owner Jim Harris welcomes visitors for guided tours of the facility, which was established in 2012. He crafts whiskey, bourbon, vodka, gin and fruit brandies with locally sourced ingredients.

  2. Bridge Creek Inn will open in Clayton, Georgia, on Labor Day 2023! Bridge Creek Inn, as it will be known, is a rebuild of the Old Clayton Inn, which was first built on the site in the 1940s. Construction began in August 2022 and is expected to take roughly 12 months, with a target open date of Labor Day 2023.
