Access to Ward 9 Acute Care Elderly Unit is via the main hospital entrance. Enter via the main hospital entrance and bear left down the slope, turn left through both sets of double doors. Take the lift on the right to Level 1 and on exiting turn right, continue through two further sets of double doors and Ward 9 Acute Care Elderly Unit is located on the right of the corridor.

The Elderly Care Department has two Acute Admission units dedicated for those who are older and those with frailty needs over the age of 65.
