In addition to visiting inmates at the jail, Tulsa County Jail uses a video visitation service called JailATM. In order to visit with your inmate online or at the Tulsa County Jail Video Kiosk, you must first register with JailATM.
In person visitation time is from 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM on Friday and Saturday. Video Visitation. Video visitation at DLMCJC can also be arranged through the Tech Friends website. For off-site video visits, there is a cost associated with this service. For on-site video visits, there is no cost.

Books are accepted if mailed directly from Amazon Fulfillment Services or Barnes & Noble. Packages containing anything other than books are prohibited (e.g., maps, calendars, care packages, etc.). Be sure to provide the inmate’s name and DLM numbers when placing the order. If a publication contains an article considered to be objectionable and/or a threat to facility security, the publication will not be delivered and will either be returned to the publisher or placed as contraband.

Inmates have the right to terminate or refuse attorney visits. Number of Visits: Attorneys will not be limited as to the number of inmates that can be visited in a day. Visits must be made with one inmate at a time. Attorney visits will not count toward an inmate's weekly visitation privilege.
