Sep 25, 2007 · The entrance to the 'loggia dei cavalli' is just to the right of the main doors to the basilica. Going up here gives you the chance to look out over both the inside and the outside of the basilica. It's not just worth it for the views, there's a whole host of exhibits, including the original 'cavelli' from the front of the basilica.
