Open Maps for Europe is an online service that provides free to use maps from more than 40 European countries. The datasets are created using official map, geospatial and land information from official, national sources.
Apr 17, 2023 · Open Maps for Europe, coordinated by EuroGeographics, provides easy access to maps of European countries. A recent addition to the data.europa.eu portal is the Open Maps for Europe metadata catalogue, providing open maps of more than 40 European countries.
The Open Maps For Europe project ran until 31 December 2022 and was co-financed by the Connecting Europe Facility of the European Union. The Open Maps For Europe online service is developed by thinkWhere, an Idox company and enables users to discover, view, license and download the open datasets.
