This login button is a way to access your medical information using your NHS login details. It's available on the Evergreen Life app and website on the login screen. You will be redirected to the NHS website in order to create an NHS login account (if you don’t already have one).

The summary section of your GP record contains an overview of your medical history, including any clinical problems/conditions, allergies you've been diagnosed with and medications prescribed. The medications here are grouped by acute (short-term) and repeat prescriptions.
You'll be able to view any notes made during your consultations at your GP practice. This can be invaluable information when you have multiple appointments for the same condition at various different places. For example, you may have to visit the hospital where they have no record of the information held by your GP.
Tap on 'Medications' to see a list of acute and repeat prescription medications that you have been prescribed. This is a complete list of all medications prescribed by your NHS GP.
If you have a blood test or another medical test at your GP practice, you may be able to see the results here.
In this section, your GP practice may give you access to view any documents or letter correspondence here.
To order repeat prescriptions, you first need to download the Evergreen Life app and make sure your account is linked to your GP system. If you haven’t yet linked your account, you can GP link remotely using the blue NHS login button found within the GP section in the app.
