Hide Online - Hunters vs Props, or simply Hide Online, is a multiplayer action game developed and published by HitRock Games. It was released for Android and iOS devices on March 19, 2018 and July 14, 2018 respectively. The game also has its discontinued web version released on November 28, 2016, with less features, which can be played here.
Hide Online is a multiplayer Hide and Seek action-shooter game in the popular Prop Hunt genre. The player can hide as a Prop from other players in any room or try to escape, or seek as a Hunter to hunt for the hidden props in the map that they're in. All that the props must do is simply swap to become any kind of hidden object such as a hamburger, a storage box, a toilet, or any other props that are in the map. The hunters must find these Props by guessing or hearing their taunts that happen periodically, which after being found they must be shot with their weapon. Each of these games last for three minutes, but Props are given ten seconds beforehand to find their hiding spots. Both teams have their unique abilities that consume Recharges with each use:
•Props can turn Hunters into animals and given a speed boost to escape
•Hunters can throw a grenade to deal damage to multiple Props at once or just to kill them faster
•Both teams can respawn up to two times in a round if they die before the timer shows 00:30
•If a Prop respawns after the timer shows 01:00, an overtime will occur, resetting the timer back to 01:00. This will allow time for Hunters to catch the recently respawned Prop.
Players are given various forms of customization which can be unlocked with Containers, purchased with Tokens that can be obtained every four rounds (see Tokens for more info). These can be:
