What is Elemental Mastery? Elemental Mastery is the stat that amplifies the damage done by elemental reactions that certain character makes.
Elemental Mastery increases the damage of the reactions you do, except crystallize where the shield you pick up gets stronger with more EM. Pyro and Hydro DPS generally benefit from whatever amount of Elemental mastery they get because it amplifies the reaction damage i.e. Melt and Vaporize.
