  3. The Advanced Standing pathway supports those who have shown a commitment to social work education by completing a bachelor of social work. Applicants who are eligible for this pathway. have a BSW from a CSWE-accredited social work program and; have earned that BSW within the last five years.

  4. Advanced Standing Curriculum. Advanced Standing students receive a maximum of 27 transfer credits from their BSW program and must complete a minimum of 33 credits at CSSW. All Advanced Standing students start their program in the summer term with a five-week intensive that starts in late July or early August.
