Are you planning a baby shower?! Get ready for a one-of-a-kind shower with these incredibly fun and unique games. Whether you’re expecting or at that age where there are baby showers on the go almost every other weekend, you will be in need of some fun baby shower games!
- Bottle to Bottle. Baby bottles (long skinny ones like this work best) Double-sided tape. Sprinkles. How to Play: Fill one baby bottle with sprinkles then put a piece of double-sided tape or paper with a medium size hole in it over the opening of the bottle (no nipple).
- Rock A Bye Baby. Mini plastic babies. Fuzzy baby pajamas. Plastic buckets. How to Play: This game is played in pairs. Give each pair a pair of fuzzy baby pjs and a bucket full of these little plastic babies.
- Diaper Hang. Clothespins. Diapers. String. How to Play: Before the game, hang a string from one place to another. Provide players with a bucket full of diapers and clothespins like these ones.
- Bottle Toss. Baby bottles (use the ones from the sprinkle game above) or just buy them separately like these. Chopsticks. How to Play: Remove the top part, the part a baby sucks on, from the baby bottle – you’ll be using those for the game.
- Play-dough baby game. Give each guest some play-dough in different colours. Set a timer for five minutes and ask them to sculpt a baby as well (or as badly!)
- Have fun with dirty nappies. Buy a range of chocolate bars - including plain, and ones with nut, honeycomb, or wafer fillings. Just before the shower starts, melt each one in the microwave and smear it onto a disposable nappy.
- Teat bobbing. Instead of apples, try bobbing for teats. It’s guaranteed to get everyone laughing and always goes down well at mixed showers. Drop some baby bottle teats into a large container filled with water.
- Sweet celebration. Give guests a list of pregnancy and parenting-related words and phrases, and ask them to match each one to the sweet. Try some from the list below or come up with your own
