I highly recommend DDLC SNAFU. It's by far my favorite mod and I think the Monika route is fantastic. I was never a Monika stan but that game sure did it's best to turn me into one lol. I can't recommend it enough, dialogue is hilarious, characters are well written, and there's a lot of content to go through.
The first 1/3 of Spark of Hope fluctuates between horrible and bad, but then the rest of the mod is pretty damn good. The monika route from fruits of the literature club was really good, but i still think there is no better mod than world of dreams.
If you happen to fall in love with Monika, Monika’s After Story is a great mod to try if you’re looking to extend past the game’s ending. The allows you to spend the rest of your days with Monika, letting you talk for hours with a completely customized dialogue system, and even different games like pong or listen to some music together.

Monika After Story is a mod for the free game Doki Doki Literature Club from Team Salvato. MAS builds on Act 3 to create a simulator of your eternal life with Monika, featuring new events, handlers, and metacommentary!

Jul 30, 2022 · The Normal Visual Novel is a mod for Doki Doki Literature Club that does precisely what is stated — it turns Monika into a normal person who doesn't become self-aware while adding normal routes for her and every other character. It's a simple model that lets all the characters in the story have a happy ending, which is a godsend in itself.
