The non-OFCAL regulated Award in Social and Therapeutic Horticulture (ASTH) is a Level 5 certificate of 15 credits (which equates to 150 hours of learning).
Nov 10, 2021 · The award will be a level 5 certificate of 15 credits, involving 150 hours of learning, backed up a quality standards framework provided by the new accreditation from the Open College Network London. A major part of the award is the completion over 16 weeks of a report on the development of an STH programme within a specific practice context.
** A pre-requisite for the Award in STH course is attending one of our Intermediate courses. The £530 course fee excludes the cost of attending one of these courses. Further details about the Award can be found here. *** Please note there are 3 full Diploma bursaries available to those who have less than £23,000 personal income per year.
Individuals and teams can be nominated by any member of STH staff or a volunteer. You do not have to be a manager to nominate someone. You cannot nominate yourself for an award.
