The Aquabats! or simply The Aquabats are an American YouTube channel and a rock band, founded in 1994 in Huntington Beach, California. The band was founded by Christian Jacobs (born: January 11, 1972 (1972-01-11) [age 52]) and Chad Larson (born: October 27, 1965 (1965-10-27) [age 58]).

In the year 1994, in Huntington Beach, California Christian Jacobs and Chad Larson founded The Aquabats. They made their first debut with the demo cassette The Revenge of the Midget Punchers. Under 500 copies were released. They made more tracks for a few years before breaking into the mainstream in 1997. While they were doing pretty good, they took a semi-hiatus in 1999. They returned in 2005 with renewed success. Because of this success, they got their own show in 2012 on the Hub Network.
The show was later cancelled after the final episode of Season 2, due to the Hub Network being rebranded as Discovery Family in 2014. The Aquabats launched a Kickstarter campaign on July 31, 2018 for them to make the Aquabats show themselves for 1.1 million dollars. It was cancelled with a smaller goal of $100,000 and the goal was hit in the same day. The Aquabats posted their new episodes on their YouTube channel which was created on March 27, 2006.
