Chinese-owned Singapore Petroleum Co has clinched a petrol station site with a record $92.7 million bid. According to the Housing Board's tender results posted on Friday (Sept 28), SPC secured the 3,103.1 sq m site at 50 Bukit Batok East Avenue 3 with a bid of $92.68 million.
