   • Sedbergh School has a rich history: In 1889, Sedbergh produced its first international player for Scotland: R.C. Stevenson (S 85-91). In 2003, Sedbergh celebrated its 125th anniversary. The Centenary match against Loretto was won by Sedbergh with a score of 20-15. From 2003-2004 to 2013-14, all Ampleforth fixtures were played at Sedbergh, culminating with the 1st XV on Buskholme.
