Bingo is a max range profile, it's simply the minimum fuel you need to get back home. That said, take your fuel burn at max fuel consumption, the distance needed to travel, and the time to cover that distance. Simple equation would be (Fuel Flow)x (1/Max Range Airspeed)x (distance).
Bingo is enough to get home. Joker is enough to land at the next suitable airfield. Or out from behind enemy lines and ditch it in friendly territory. Bingo fuel is your having a bad day. Joker fuel is your having a really really bad day.
