Dreamfall Chapters is an episodic 3D adventure game with emphasis on character interaction, exploration of the game world, and puzzle solving. It is a sequel to the adventure games The Longest Journey and Dreamfall: The Longest Journey. The game was released for PC in five episodes between 21 October 2014 and 17 June 2016.
Dreamfall Chapters follows Zoë Castillo and Kian Alvane. At the beginning of the game, Zoë is still in the Storytime where she was at the end of Dreamfall, and is helping people to overcome their nightmares.
Dreamfall Chapters is a stand-alone story in The Longest Journey saga; a narrative third-person 3D adventure set in the twin worlds of science and magic. Embark on an amazing and emotional journey across Stark and Arcadia in a setting that mixes dystopian cyberpunk sci-fi with magical fantasy.
