Desolation Sound [1] (French: Baie Desolation) is a deep water sound at the northern end of the Salish Sea and of the Sunshine Coast in British Columbia, Canada.
Desolation Sound. Desolation Sound Marine Provincial Park is a boater’s paradise. It's the largest Marine Park in BC, with over 6,350 acres of shoreline and water. The Park can be split up into three major destination anchorages: Prideaux Haven, Tenedo’s Bay, and Grace Harbour.
