May 3, 2023 · The European Commission adopted on 3 May 2023 the Act in Support of Ammunition Production (ASAP) as a response to track 3 of a plan agreed by the EU Council on 20 March, to urgently deliver ammunition and missiles to Ukraine and to help Member States refill their stocks.
What is the objective of ASAP? The ASAP will focus on ammunition and missiles - defence products that have been identified as pressing needs by the Council in the context of its three-track approach, on the basis of Ukraine's requests.
