Online Check-in Process. You will receive a check-in notification email 24 hours prior to your flight's departure time. Passengers flying to/from the USA must also register their immigration information. Passengers who have already made a seat reservation can also change their seat at this step. Seat requests are fulfilled based on availability.
- Checking in for Your Flight. Passengers scheduled on international flights can either check in online (between 24 hours and 75 minutes ahead of departure) or check in at the airport—at the ANA counter or by using a self-service check-in machine.
- Checking Baggage. Customers checking in baggage should proceed to a self-service baggage drop machine or to the baggage drop counter. The free checked baggage allowance depends on your travel class and route.
- Security Checkpoint. After checking in and obtaining a boarding pass, you should make their way to a security checkpoint. All passengers must go through security before proceeding to their boarding gate.
- Immigration. Please present both your passport and boarding pass for Immigration inspection. Depending on the country, you may need to fill out an immigration card.
