What is a Star Code?
As described in Roblox's official Star Code help article, a Star Code is a unique code that players can use to help support a content creator. Each time that a creator's Star Code is used, they will receive 5% of the purchase made. Using a Star Code doesn't raise the price of Robux or change anything on the player's end at all, so it's an easy way to help support someone who you enjoy!
How do you get a Star Code?
As mentioned in the first graph of this article, those wanting a Star Code of their own will need to be a member of the Video Stars Program. In order to join this program, a creator must meet the requirements/criteria below. 10,000,000 cumulative Roblox video views 25,000 average views per Roblox video 100,000 followers/subscribers on channel Once a creator has met these requirements, they can contact Roblox and ask for an invitation into the program. If Roblox deems their account worthy, they will approve them into the program within a few weeks.
How-to redeem a Star Code?
Star Codes can be redeemed easily when purchasing Robux! To do so, simply follow the steps below. Head to the Robux purchase page Select the green button that corresponds to the amount of Robux that you want to buy At the payment method screen, locate and click on the words Click Here in the sentence, Click Here to add a Star Code Once you click that link, a text field will open up that allows you to enter a code Copy one from our list and paste it into the box Make sure it matches exactly, even with capitalization Select Add to enter the code Each time that you purchase Robux within the next two weeks, the Star Code holder will receive 5% of the Robux purchase that you made! After those two weeks are up, the code will be removed and you will have to re-enter it the same way you did before.

Making a purchase with a star code entered will support a Star Program member by giving them 5% of the purchase price at no extra cost. Not all Roblox YouTubers inside the Star Program have a star code.
