Rhonda was Tabitha's best friend before the super mutants came to Black Mountain.
In 2275, Rhonda shut down and was left inside the Black Mountain storage building. Raul Tejada eventually made his way to Black Mountain after he no longer heard the broadcasts being transmitted, and was soon made a captive by Tabitha. He was tasked with fixing Rhonda, and while he was able to handle the mechanical issues, he lacked the competence for the programming problems of the robot. This, in turn, prevented Rhonda from being activated and caused Raul to be imprisoned indefinitely.

Crazy, Crazy, Crazy: Reactivating Rhonda requires a Science skill of 60. If the Courier reactivates Rhonda and leads her to Tabitha, they will complete the quest and the pair wander off together.
Effects of player's actions
•If Tabitha died before Rhonda was repaired, she will ask what happened to Tabitha. When informed about Tabitha's death, Rhonda will accuse the player character of killing her and immediately turn hostile. •Killing Tabitha while she is walking away with Rhonda after completing Crazy, Crazy, Crazy will result in Rhonda staying by her body and waiting for medical help, unaware that she is dead.
•A peaceful resolution to the situation with Tabitha requires not letting three days of in-game time pass between the moment when first encountering Rhonda and the moment when trying to repair her. Rhonda will disappear from the game if her room is left and returned to in three days, due to her being set to never respawn.
•Reactivating Rhonda and spending too long in the supply room will summon Tabitha and both will initiate combat.
•If Rhonda is repaired, the robot and Tabitha will walk down the mountain, taking the shortcut under the broken pylon and down the man-trapped path. They will pass through the first checkpoint, guarded by a hostile super mutant, and will disappear at the point where the road turns towards Neil's shack.
•After reuniting Rhonda and Tabitha, it is possible to sneak up to Rhonda and deactivate her with the Robotics Expert perk. Tabitha will not be hostile and will simply stand behind Rhonda and still talk as if she is following her.
Rhonda appears only in Fallout: New Vegas.
According to Mikey Dowling, before recording dialogue for Tabitha and Ronda, voice actor Fred Tatasciore silently read through the entire script once before declaring that he was ready. He then read the script from top to bottom, "effortlessly" flowing in and out of both characters, making it one of Obsidian's favorite recording sessions.
Xbox One When Rhonda and Tabitha travel together from Black Mountain after the end of the quest Crazy, Crazy, Crazy, the duo may pass down a steep incline that may cause Rhonda's robot body parts to glitch out. The game will then constantly attempt to rebuild the character with eventual success.
•Xbox One If the Courier follows the duo, they may run into an invisible nightkin that is hostile to the Courier, causing both Rhonda and Tabitha to become hostile as well.
I can't decide whether to kill Tabitha or still fix Rhonda, like Tabitha is an evil character, but if you fix Rhonda, then she will stop killing everyone on Black Mountain, since she will leave there.
If one decides to repair Rhonda, which requires a Science Skill of 60, they will receive the good ending of this quest: as one leaves from the storage shed, Tabitha will appear, happy to see her robot repaired and fully functional again.
Crazy Crazy Crazy Rhonda Missing. Pretty far into a new playthough I decided to tackle the Black Mountain quest like I always do and repair Tabitha's Mr. Handy Rhonda. Problem is, when reach the shack they're being kept in there is no sign of a Mr. Handy anywhere.
