It's OK, but let down by the fact the original Resistance members in Secret Army only appear briefly and it goes down the route of very old Nazis plotting to start a Fourth Reich from Paraguay.

Instead the end of the last series showed how, with the war over and Brussels liberated, Kessler escaped capture and adopted a new identity.
