Glenn Rhee is a main character and a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is the main supply runner for the Atlanta survivor camp and he saved Rick Grimes from walker-infested Atlanta, bringing him back to his camp to reunite him with his family.
During the group's stay on the Greene family farm, Glenn forms a long-lasting relationship with Hershel Greene's daughter Maggie. He marries her and the two eventually conceive a child. At the West Georgia Correctional Facility, Glenn becomes a reliable council member but falls ill to a sickness that prevents him from doing his duty.
Michigan
Glenn was born in the mid-1980s, he grew up in Michigan and was raised alongside his sisters by their parents, who were immigrants from Korea. Not much is known about his early life, except that he may have been a boy scout (as indicated from a t-shirt he wore).
Atlanta, Georgia
By his early twenties, Glenn had moved to Atlanta where he found employment as a pizza delivery boy, after graduating from an unknown school. At this time, Glenn felt stuck in a rut since he did not take all of his opportunities to find a better career and passively stayed in his underachieving job. It was during this period where he gained insightful knowledge regarding the city streets and layout.
During the onset of the outbreak, Glenn was rescued by T-Dog near Atlanta. Sometime later, they encountered and joined a campsite of survivors outside the outskirts of the city.
